We are currently looking for highly motivated Finnish speakers to join our young and dynamic team. We are constantly looking for ways to add and improve our customer service in the Finland. In addition to speaking fluently Finnish, you should also speak very good English. ?
With this full time position offered, your task is to serve our national and international clients over the phone. In addition to subject-specific information, guidance and instructions for creating print data you support our customers during order placement, explain our product range and technical production processes. Processing of customer requests and inquiries in oral and written, are part of your everyday tasks, as well as complaints management and treatments. Your goal is a satisfied customer.
Starting salary is ?18000 pa, with very good prospects.
Your Duties:
- ? ? ?Dealing with customer requests in written and verbal form
- ? ? ?Provide technical support
- ? ? ?Create and submit online quotations
- ? ? ?Guide customers through the order process and usability of websites
- ? ? ?Presentation of product range by phone
- ? ? ?Complaint management over the phone and forwarding to Customer Care Department
- ? ? ?Dealing with Call Backs and Dunnings
- ? ? ?Reporting of the activities to your Team Leader
Your Profile:
- ? ? ?Good communication skills in written and verbal form
- ? ? ?Very good English language skills
- ? ? ?Experience in customer service
- ? ? ?Willingness to learn print knowledge
- ? ? ?Knowledge of graphic design software (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) would be beneficial
- ? ? ?Initiative, dedication, and self-motivation
